Pack your return item(s) in the original package, if possible, and contact us for the address to send it to.
When we receive and process your return you will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please note this may take up to 10 days, depending on your payment provider. If you would like confirmation that your order has been received, please contact us at email@example.com
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:
Take detailed photos of the damage
Contact Sidestreet on the day that the order is delivered
In the email contain your order number, photos of the damage and any further details that will help us resolve the issue
Once we have received your email, we will let you choose whether to have the damaged items refunded, or to ship replacement items.
